Therapy and coaching are collaborative processes. Please reach out for a free consultation to share what challenges you are experiencing and what your goals are and Emily will be happy to make recommendations about what services may be beneficial.
Recommended services may include individual talk therapy, individual trauma therapy (EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, etc), neurodivergence-affirming therapy, DBT-informed therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol for nervous system regulation, or parent coaching. Emily may also refer to other or coordinating providers.

Yes! Extended sessions can be a great way to engage in trauma processing. Emily offers extended therapy sessions using EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and IFS / parts work integration.
Currently Emily offers Brainspotting in 45-60 minute sessions only.

Yes!
Groups are offered in trauma and parts-work-informed DBT skills for stabilization and to support trauma work.
Groups are also offered to provide support and education for parents of neurodivergent or high needs kids from a nervous-system, attachment, and neurodiversity-affirming perspective.

Both virtual (telehealth) and in-person psychotherapy and parent coaching services are offered.
Our office is located at 5652 Shields Drive, Bethesda, Maryland. It is bright and inviting with amble parking. Friday and Saturday in-person hours are available.
